Turn my lights and heat back on .My heat and lights went out on Friday 12/13/13, I had to stay in a hotel that night, The next day I checked on Angie's list and got the phone number of Certified, I called them around 8:00amand explained the problem I was having, they came to my home around noon that same day. The service persons name was Phil and he was totally professional and very prompt. He went explained what he was doing and when he found an issue with one of the overhead lights, he told me that he could replace a component and it would help with the overall performance of the light fixture and he told me the price, which was fine with me. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to talk to and deal with. I would hire this company again and will definetly recommend them to my friends.
Everything was fine; nothing great. They got their quickly. They did the consultation of what I wanted done and he told he couldn't do it, then he realized what he told me was incorrect and he could do what I wanted him to do. I have used CET many times with the redesign of out home. They are always professional and timely and do a good job. We have been fortunate enough to work with Erik. He's very nice and comes in and gets his work done in a timely manner.
These guys are fantastic. Was a little skeptical because estimate was way below the competition but they did amazing work -- very tidy, too -- left no messes -- were on time, communicated well, very friendly and professional... and the work came in under the estimate they provided. GREAT!
Very well. Technician (David) was great. Quick but took care. Months later, everything still works perfectly. Gave good advice on a wiring question I asked. A pleasant guy to have in the apartment while he's doing his work. Scheduling and follow-up were great and very professional.
Excellent in all respects
I purchased a home electrical inspection deal, and it was performed. There were a few other electrical issues that needed to be resolved as well, and Chuck (the electrician) diagnosed and remedied them (hence the $90 charge). I recently purchased my home, which was formerly owned by deaf residents. They installed three flasher lights throughout the house that were activated by the doorbell and phone; when either of these were activated the lights would flash and alert the residents.
