Certified Electrical was superb in every respect. I waited a long time to use their services, and my delay was never a concern for them. They were totally flexible about my needs. On the date of service, the electrician came during the time period specified, and quickly went to work. He was exceptionally proficient, and completed the work well ahead of my expectations. While he worked, I asked a lot of questions, and he answered them in a most professional manner. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

This was the second time we'd had Alan out to do work and he was spectacular. The first time he came out to troubleshoot a problem we were having with outlets in the living room and one of the bedrooms not working. We just bought the house and prior to closing, the seller had her own electrician in to do some minor repairs and clean up some wiring issues. Our two rooms lost electric sudden. I called few companies but they never call me back even few days later. However Certified Electrical co call me back right away and technician came to house in 2 days. He spent great time to find problem. He had to reschedule when he find out that we need new electrical line for these rooms. He came back on time on very hot day and went attick for re-wireing. He was very nice and even took old broken fan down for us. I need some more electrical work in my house and I will call them again.

They came over and told me that I cannot use the coupon because it was supposed to be additional. If I buy an original price something, and then the coupon will be an additional thing. However, on the coupon, it never mentioned anything about this. Their service was good and I don't have any complaint about the service. However, I didn't need anything done really major and I wouldn't have paid $130 for that if I knew that the coupon was for only the additional service.

He showed up on time, was very professional and courteous, and went about the work without delay. Answered any and all questions we had during the process. Very easy to talk to and understand.

I called on August 14th and asked to have an electrician come out at their earliest convenience. They were able to send a technician out on the 15th between noon and 4 PM. He showed up around 1 PM, after calling to let me know he'd be there shortly. He grabbed a few tools from the truck (pliers, snips and a multimeter) and headed into the house to check out the issue.
