I bought one of the Angie's list big deals for a home electrical safety inpsection. After purchase, they contacted me right away to call for an appointment. When I called, they scheduled it within several days. The electrician arrived within the window of time they provided and called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Dave did a fantastic job. I was very satisfied with the experience from CET. They were very professional and responsive when I called and sent out an electrician first thing the following day. He arrived on schedule and quickly set about identifying the location of the fault. He dismantled the main breaker panels and confirmed that all was well there and then started going through the various outlets in the house to see if one of these was faulty . David was friendly and professional. He did the job quickly and cleaned up everything, including dust that was not of his making. He also noticed that one of the circuit breakers was not seating properly and went out to his truck and got a new one that he installed at no charge. He explained how everything worked and what to do if we thought that we had taken a hit.

When I called to make the appointment I had asked for a specific day for the job to be done and they were very good about accommadating me. The provider called to let me know he was coming. He was very professionals and appeared very knowledgable. He spent a short amount of time determining the best route to take, then proceded to lay the wire. I thought him very kind to thank me for emptying the closet and cupboard for easy access for him. He was very personable & friendly. I’m glad he was the one that came.

He was extremely helpful and worked hard to do the job to my specifications. He suggested alternatives to save me money and in addition to being highly competent, he was very pleasant. Will definitely use again.

The electrician was very nice but I did not use all the time and they would not credit it for a future visit. My problem really was not definitely solved.

I was very pleased with the service performed. Electrician was on time, courteous, helpful, and professional. He was very informative and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions as well as perform a couple of tasks that were not part of the deal however that I had the parts for. Great job!

Technition did not want to install a dual switch despite homeowners request. Did not use the full hours nor did we get a refund. The technition did not offer to reschedule for any follow-on work.
