They were prompt, went right to work, didn’t waste any time. The service was very good and I would definitely use them again. The technician I had was really helpful in advising me about some other electrical issues. Just a very nice guy and nice to deal with.

I had them relocate and outlet, but they were not able to complete the job when they came so they rescheduled at no cost to me. So far I have been very impressed with their demeanor and professionalism.
I purchased a Angies List special for recessed lighting in August of 2011. I finally got around to having Certified Electrical Technologies come out and install them sometime in January. They arrived on time,and the installer did an excellent job explaining the process. He was neat, and cleaned up after the project was completed.
The technician was on time, came with a service order ready, and finished on time.
We had an excellent experience with Certified Electrical Technologies who installed 4 recessed lights. They were prompt and professional when arranging the appointment. The technician sent was personable and professional as well. Our house is old, and he handled the ancient plaster walls well, informing us along the way when he encountered any issues. We called Certified Electrical Technologies Thanksgiving morning and received a call back from them promptly on Friday. Steve asked questions about our problem (none-working outlets) and provided us step-by-step instructions on how to troubleshoot and reset the GFI over the phone. He was very courteous and helpful. We were so impressed we forgot to wish him a Happy Thanksgiving! Happy Holidays!
What would have taken me a weekend to do along with several trips to the hardware store - they were able to knock out in 90 minutes. They were excellent to deal with and look forward to hiring them again in the future for other projects
