They scheduled quickly. Electrician called, as promised, when en route, and arrived on time. The work was performed within the estimated time frame, with no additional charge. The electrician (whose name, unfortunately, I've forgotten) was extremely courteous and thoroughly professional. I would be happy to use their services and recommend them to my neighbors in the future.

Ours is a quirky house, much remodeled. Eric, after much trial and error told us the recessed lights are beginning to wear out, and the remodeled ceiling won't take new cans. This is valuable knowledge; we now have to figure out what kind of lighting to use to replace what we have. This was helpful, and he was completely professional. The deal was for $125, and we paid $16 for two dimmer switches, which one of our bad lights blew as he tried to diagnose the problem. Glad we didn't have to pay more for a diagnosis!

We bought a Big Deal for the installation of a whole house surge protector. The technician was prompt and professional, and the installation went without a hitch. The nature of the device is such that you don’t know if it’s working, but nothing has blown out so far. We liked the company, so when we had another electrical issue we called them. I let the coupon expire (I thought) without calling Certified Electrical Technologies. I received a very nice phone call from se service manager informing me that their coupons<strong>never</strong>expire! After I told him what I would like done, he described in detail what the technician would look for, and precisely what to expect. We made an appointment for the services to be done in two weeks.

All the fixtures were supplied by me. The work was scheduled promptly and completed as promised. The installer was thorough. A followup quality assurance phone call was initiated by the company a few days later. My only complaint was that the kitchen undercabinet light worked sometimes and other times did not. The company informed me that they could send a tech to check the work but if it was a faulty fixture I would be charged. I am not in the habit of taking time to write reviews unless the company deserves an exellent review....but i had to recount this horrible experience. The electrician seemed professional and arrived on time, but when he left I noticed there was a crack in tjhe drywall where he mounted the outlet. When the team came to install the TV the next day, they discovered that he had attached the outlet to the drywall, and in this case, felt it would not passcode.The outlet wasNOT secured on a nearby stud...just the broken drywall.
