Chuck did an excellent job in determining what work needed to be done and fixing the problems. The outdoor light fixtures required particular sleuthing, as the trouble was ultimately rooted in an outdoor light post that had been disconnected and removed improperly. Pretty good! They had to cancel the first visit since they rely on usually one electrician to service the Angie's List deals, and his child was sick. They cancelled after I had waited at home for about 3 hours for their arrival. But, when they showed up a week later, it took him the entire two hours to install the wires. Apparently, getting the wire into the basement was a challenge. If I didn't help him - he was going to leave without finishing the job since the two hours were about to pass. Very well. Work was punctual and as promised. Neat. I would use this firm again.
Whilepreparing to disconnect the outlet,the electrician identified a very unsafe situation where all of the GFCI circuits in the kitchen were mis-wired. He was able to quickly sort it out and re-wire them. He did it all very efficiently, explaining what he was doing along the way. He also looked at a couple of future projects we are considering, and gave us some good things to think about. I would definitely use them again.
