The Technician was quick, very easy to work with, and couldn't have been more professional. He handled the work with ease, including climbing a very tall and heavy ladder outside more than once to troubleshoot a few floodlights.
They were very satisfactory. Everything worked well. The individual that came was very helpful and excellent. I would like to commend the individual.

Do: - Have a clear list of what you need completed prior to the electrician's arrival. - Have any unusual (non-standard) parts available upon the worker's arrival. Don't: - Expect an overall handyman when a specialist shows up. If you need work completed outside of the expertise of who you hired, be prepared to bring someone else in as soon as possible, if not the same time, to complete additional work.
When calling for an estimate, the representative was courteous, understood what Iwanted doneand was fairly accurate with the estimate. When I called to make the appointment, I reconfirmed their priceing and was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. The electrician, David L. called prior to arriving and arrived within the time frame window scheduled. He was pleasant and did the job within a reasonable time frame and professionaly. I will use Certified Electrical Technologies for my next electrical needs.
Certified very good customer service from start to finish. After I called and made the appointment, I received an email and a mailed reminder of my appointment. The morning of the appointment, the tech called me at the beginning of my appointment window and arrived right after that. He was conscious of my 2 hour time limit and helped me decide what to do to make the most of that time. After a discussion of the extent of the drilling in the ceiling that would be required to complete the project as originally planned, we decided to use the coupon elsewhere in the house. It actually worked out so much better for us. We used the coupon to install one fixture in the stairwell going upstairs, one in the second bathroom and two in the master bathroom. The word was completed with no additional cost to us. It worked out great. The electrician was knowledgable and professional. He explained things very thoroughly.

We have hadCertified Electrical Technologies out to our home at least three times. They are so good that we do not plan to ever use a different electrician. We have had them replace electrical outlets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and fan in our attic. They are polite, efficient, and affordable. Shortly after they replaced our attic fan it broke. They were more than happy to come out and fix it for us. I think it is important that they stand behind their work.
