Rob Malatz called 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was courteous and professional. His final assessment and recommendations were comprehensive. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them again in the future. The provider checked out a specific problem we were concerned about in addition to a complete inspection of our house's electrical.

Great! Technician was nice, efficient, quick, and seemed to really know his stuff. Company scheduled promptly, showed up on time, and he was in and out very quickly. Installed 2 whole house surge protectors, plus had him work on a couple other small electrical issues while he was here - ran a line from our outdoor shed through basement wall into breaker box; replaced a cracked switch, and troubleshooted a landscape light that wouldn't work.

Technician called to let me know he was on his way which was on the early part of the arrival window. He completed the job quickly and explained how the remote works. I highly recommend this company if this tech is representive of how they work. Replaced old ceiling fan with a new one.

I reached out to several companies, and CET was the first to respond (same day) and they performed the work 2 days later. The electrician (Steven) was punctual, professional and extremely competent. He provided an honest assessment of my alternatives without being pushy, and then performed the work as if he was working on his own house. Very polite. Very good. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat. I contracted with CET to replace two recessed lights in my kitchen with pendant lights.

Many other firms have to spend a lot on advertising since they do not get good reviews or repeat business. If a service firm advertises a lot, it likely means they do not get repeat or referral business.
Steve did a great job. He showed up early and completed the work quickly and professionally. I really couldn't ask for more. I needed a new circuit for a new electric range.
He explained to me what he would like to do, and advised me he would let me see what it would look like before he completed the work. The place he had advised would take less time to install, and thus save some money worked. I do not handle the tube lights as far as removing them or replacing them. It was very good. I was glad to have an electrician go over the house. I think it was Chuck that came by. He was able to correct some bad information that was in my original home inspection report. He told me what he was checking and common issues people have. He was glad to answer any questions I had. He also recommended a whole house surge protector, and their price is very reasonable considering the cost of the part if I bought it myself. So I will definitely give them a call for that.
