I couldn't be happier with Certified Electric! I think the electrician's name was Allen. He was polite and punctual. He went back out to the truck after visually inspecting the problem and returned with two of the mounting posts we needed to repair the light. Apparently he keeps spare parts from other jobs instead of discarding them. I was expecting to pay to have this 3 year old lighting fixture replaced with another similar light I just purchased from the Home Despot. When I called, the man who answered did not bother to identify himself and he had a huge attitude and was not helpful at all. I picked this company for the great reviews. I did not expect the person taking customer calls to cope an attitude because I wanted an estimate. First impressions are lasting ones. I won't be calling them for anything. I called to get an estimate for Electrical work I needed at my home.
