I was adding a 3rd switch to control stairwell/hallway lights. Tech showed up on time and went right to work. He was the perfect combination of professional & friendly. With me looking over his shoulder and asking questions, he still managed to complete the job in less time than originally anticipated. This is the 3rd time I've used Certified and will continue to use them for every electrical issue I have in the future.
When I explained my problem with Gary on the phone, he gave me a few things to try that solved my problem with the time and expense of bringing him to my house.
Gary walked me through what I could do solve my problem before I spent money I din't need to. Great people, great service, great choice!

Jessie has been to our home previously to replace our smoke detectors. I never felt that he was rushed and he was very personable. So I was very pleased when he returned to install recessed lighting in our living room. He was happy to discover that he could accomplish this without the need for extra drilling & wiring along with protecting the sheetrock & paint, which helped us with the overall cost of the project. This company is awesome and, most importanlty, super honest! I contacted them because the electrical outlets in my kitchen were apparently not working, although they had been repaired 2 years ago. A representative advised me to re-set the GFI outlets (the Test & Reset Button) and it worked! This was done by email so there was no need for an appointment, and it at no cost to me! I highly recommend them!
