When the electrician arrived, I had to make a decision - Do I replace the light fixture with a new one or do I replace the ballast. I already had the new light fixture, and he had a new ballast on his truck? He said it would take more time to install the new fixture instead of the ballast. Because I knew this was true, I told him to replace the ballast. He quickly did it, and after he left, I returned the light fixture to the store. I saved money on the installation. The installer was very efficient in replacing the fan and was very pleasant to talk to. He arrived in the time frame given and called about 30 minutes before to say he was coming.
