The electrician solved a very confusing problem involving a mess left behind by a construction contractor (multiple disconnected wires, fixtures and switches). He also addressed other problems on the fly (not included in the original scope of work) that helped me eliminate other issues left from work done earlier by an alarm company and a phone/internet service provider.

I Purchased a Big Deal for $25 to replace a Switch with a dimmer.I really thought they were overpriced. They pull you in with a lower deal and then told me there minimum was a $100.
Removed light fixture and hung a ceiling fan in its place.The technician called to let me know he would arrive in 30 min, depending on traffic. He arrived, I showed where the fan was to be hung. He let me know how long that type of job usually takes and went to work. He hung the fan in about 30 minutes. The technician was friendly and informative. All went well and I am pleased!
Installed 2 new electrical outlets (1 inside and 1 outside) and replaced a light switch in the kitchen. Wanted 2 exterior flood lights replaced but did not know I had to buy them in advance, I thought they had them.Electrician called about 1/2 hour before arrival, was scheduled a timeframe between 11a and 2p, arrived a little after 1pm. Tracked down open grounds, replaced / installed GFIs.Service was prompt and courteous. Electrician listened to my questions and answered in plain language. I felt confident that he was being responsible and thoughtful about finishing the job properly without padding the time.
I purchased a deal for 2 Hours of Licensed, Professional Electrical Labor.I asked them to install an outlet near the kitchen range. I talked to a representative over the phone and they assured me they could do the outlet. I also ask about wall sconces but they would have had to tear out the drywall, so I did not have them do that part of the project. I was not told that initially over the phone. New ceiling outletCertified has done work for us on several occasions. This time they added a new power outlet in our basement ceiling. Rob arrived right on time, was courteous, clean working, and quick. As always, we will continue using Certified for future work.
Installed recessed lightingDave was prompt and extremely courteous--work was exceptional! We are very pleased with the job. Would highly recommend and most definitely use again.
The electrician replaced a ceiling fan, installed a power surge protector and replaced a ballast in the fluorescent light.We were very satisfied with the work completed by Rob. He was pleasant , efficient , and worked quickly. He was knowledgable and helpful in answering questions.
