I bought a deal where the company came out and evaluated the electric power and wiring. The electrician (Phil) was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and giving me information I didn't know to ask about.I need to call the company to make an appointment to fix two lights since the package was only for evaluating the wiring.

Fix outlets and lights without power.I called Certified Electrical Technologies to schedule an appointment at 11:00am on a Tuesday morning. I had outlets and lights inside and outside the house that were inoperable. Over the phone, the gentlemen on the line talked me through quick troubleshooting; within minutes the problem was solved!! All three of my problems were fixed over the phone at no cost. CET just guaranteed me as a customer for life when I need to call them for a bigger job.
I purchased the $99.00 ceiling fan replacement deal and was happy with the installation. I also purchased an additional hour for $95.00 to complete additional work.During the install, I asked Chuck several questions about pricing for electrical switches and covers that I also wanted installed. Chuck quoted me a price of $95 per hour and I hired him to install two 4-way switches, a 2-way dimmer and several outlet covers. hang a bathroom lightsIt went well. The electrician was prompt and professional. He hung a couple of batthroom lights and and handled one that was difficult fairly well.

CET determined that a GFI outlet was the problem and replaced it with a new one.It was a simple replacement. It took the electrician about 10 minutes. The minimum charge is for one hour plus the material.

I purchased a big deal for Certified Electrical Technologies. They added electrical sockets to my bathroom and to my room.That went well. I don't have anything bad to say. It was a little bit over than the big deal price. I paid for the wiring. They charged me for some wires that they had to get. They did it on time. I would recommend them because I was happy with the job that they did.

There was some electrical work that I needed repaired. I have used them twice now. They troubleshooted and replaced a GFI outlet.They have been very helpful both times. I am pretty sure that I got them from Angie's List. I had a small problem in the basement; lights were just shutting off. I have had an electrician before. I contracted with him to actually replace all the lighting in the house. Shortly thereafter, I started having problems in the basement. I used the big deal of Certified Electrical Technologies. They installed some lights in the bathroom, closets, front door and kitchen.It worked well. We hired them for more work. They got the job done but they didn't clean up well after.
