Fast turnaround time friendly people
The process was quick, easy, and convenient. Everything we needed to do was clearly explained.
The process was super quick, within less than 3 weeks we had closed and funds were in my count. Everyone was courteous and quick to answer my questions.
The appraiser being more upfront about repairs. Also I was told some repairs were cosmetic, and it wouldn’t stop the refinance process. That turned out not to be true as we were made fix the cosmetic repairs before we could proceed. Ceaser was outstanding, great employee!
Getting the loan done on the first try before the interest rates went up. And getting the second loan done within the original time frame. This whole process was way too long.
The Process was smooth, I recommend Pennymac. 5 Stars
