Every Thursday or Friday I come and cash my check. Every week w/o fail, I see how much genuine care, love and joy that Renee brings to each and every customer. I am not a patient person by any means, however, I can walk in and they'll be a line a mile high and Renee is quick, efficient and has this charisma about her that you are drawn to. Cashier was more interested in her phone conversation and I felt like I got poor service and interaction from her. The cashier told the person she was on the phone to hold on because she figured I was irritated, which I never gave any type of rude or aggressive disposition toward her at all so I just let the comment go at the moment. I was able to get my checked cashed eventually but I've had much better service elsewhere honestly.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon around 4 p.m. and had the absolute best customer service experience that I have ever had with this establishment. I wish I knew the young ladies name that took care of me for cashing a check however because I don't I will say that she was amazing! Simply Amazing! I truly wish that other establishments could take lessons from her about how to treat people kindly. She would be by far the very best trainer. She deserves a great big raise for the level of customer service that she gave to me.
As nice as this place is as of yesterday the employee working there was rather rude and unprofessional. I get that you're the only one working, it's been a long day and so on but your attitude is unwelcome. If you rather be home, stay home then. I get times are hard but your attitude is not what people come for. Next time I see the lady with the attitude, my petty review won't be the last I get petty.
Always great customer service when I go there since the last three years. Always willing to help me because of my disability this is why I love going there.
