I have worked with Chad and his associates on a purchase and now a refi. Started the refi through the mortgage company I was already with. Chadās fees were 1/3 of the mortgage company with no smoke and mirrors like the mortgage company tried with me. Chad and his associates communicated with me through the whole process. I would recommend Chad to anyone looking for financing on a home especially if working from a distance. My whole process was done via phone and email.Ā
