Chad was available to address my concerns, questions, and overall fears related to my home loan. Chad updated me on process, kept me abreast, and eased the process and anxiety that my husband and I felt during the procedure. I highly recommend Chad and his services.
I'm so thankful that Chad was reccomended to me! Him and his team made the loan process so easy! I was guided on every step and really felt like everyone had my best interest in mind. Chad always kept in touch with me and even emailed me videos where he explained things in detail! He was always available to answer any questions I had. This was my 3rd time buying a home, but was most definitely the smoothest experience i have had with a lender and they got me a great rate!
Between us and Chad, and his team members, Emily and Amanada communications were transparent, clear in expectations and they were very attentive throughout the process.
Chad has a really good work ethic, he was on top of things the whole way through the process. Constantly checking up on me to make sure I understood what was going on and answering any questions I had along the way.
Chad and his crew are a good group to work with. They are easy to talk to and very friendly. My only complaint is that I wish they would have sent me the required information sooner in the process. One example is that i was required to take a course for purchasing my new home and majority of the information in the course would have been helpful in the very beginning stages of looking for a home not a week before settlement, which is when I was informed i needed to complete this course.
