Chad is exactly what we were looking for in a lending agent. He made our home buying process simple and easy. We have worked with others in the past who were not nearly as organized, nor as helpful.Chad was effective in communicating exactly what he needed from us in order to process our loan. He was always easy to reach when we had questions or needed information from him. He was able to help us understand the pros and cons of locking in our rate and we felt confident about our decision making. The whole financing process from pre-approval through closing and setting up our escrow account could not have gone smoother.I would definitely work with Chad again in the future without hesitation.

In looking for a reliable and honest Mortgage professional we were referred to Chad from our trusted agent/broker. He was attentive and gave us lots of options. He worked with us as we were not in a bind to close quickly and didn't even have a home in mind. Just looking for options and what was possible. Chad worked through the details of what we wanted and how to get there. Once we found our new home the process was cake. When it was all said and done we felt like we controlled the process. We were pleased with his amazing service, and open communication. He would often call and let us know where we were in the process and what to expect next. All the paperwork was in the lender's hands and nothing for us to do, but he would update us. He was always asking if we needed anything or if we had questions. It was nice to know that he and his team (Ryan) were working for our needs and not just trying to sell us a loan. Our previous mortgage experience a less than an appealing exercise. We always felt like we were lucky to be getting a mortgage. The company kept us in the dark and only right at closing pulled off the unbelievable of doing what they promised at the last minute. With Chad it was nothing like that, we were shopping the options and looking to what fit us best. When it came time to close we already knew what to expect and as it should be everything was smooth as butter. His service and attention to detail lets him stand above above the crowd. We felt like his number 1 customers, even though I'm sure he has hundreds of customers a year. I would recommend him and his crew 100% without reservation

Chad was amazing. He was always available to answer all of my many many questions and he never steered my family in the wrong direction. We researched other companies and after working with Chad I know that we got the best rate from the best Chad in the business! I really feel like he is a lifelong friend and would recommend him to anyone!

Let me start by saying, people like Chad is what give business there reputation.. I had the most great full experience working with Chad.. From day one he made my family and myself feel like he was only here for us and no one also. He walked us throu the whole financing part like he was our teacher, we learn so much that I'm so confident, that if I had a career change I could applied and get hire on the spot. Again thanks to academy but more in particular to Chad.. Hands down one of the greatest most Knowledgeable people that it's hard to find this days...

Buying a home can be the ultimate irony. You're excited to find your dream home, only for the financing experience to turn it into one of the worst of nightmares. I don't know of anyone who looks forward to the financing process, but, during my recent purchase of my condominium, Chad made it darn-near enjoyable! His expertise is unmatched, and his professionalism and know-how kept me calm throughout the entire process. Chad consistently kept the lines of communication open by updating me - almost daily - via phone and email. He even helped me ensure that all of my documents were in order before submitting them. Most important, Chad is transparent and GENUINE! He says what he means, and he means what he says - and he delivers 100%.We can't find gems like Chad often these days. He's a keeper!

It is quite easy to review such a gentleman as is Chad Okun. Birds fly, fish swim, Chad delivers.. i have been in this world a while. Been up, been down, been around Been in sales also. I know Chad as a customer, new found friend, and the guy who delivered 100% just as promised. I never doubted that he was in my corner. One might say " well of corse he was in your corner, it's money in his pocket" i would say " not enough money by a long shot. Were i in business i would pay Chad to run it. I recomend CHAD OKUM!

UPDATE: We wanted to refinance our home loan and decided to contact Chad Okun once again since we were so pleased with his initial handling of our home loan about a year and half ago. Once again he met and exceeded our expectations. How can you not work with a professional like this? Smooth sailing all the way. Once again we are satisfied with his attention and courteous service. Thanks Chad....until next time! Chad is the perfect loan officer in our minds. His communications were prompt and consistent throughout the whole process. We were able to send and receive documents by phone, text, email and fax. This was pretty important due to the fact we were living in a Hotel until we found our house and closed on it. Chad did not let us down at any time. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I have purchased 5 homes in my lifetime and Chad was the best loan office yet! Thanks Chad for all your help.
