I had the pleasure of working with realtors Randa Haug and Wes Hendrickson on a recent lake home purchase, and I can't say enough about their exceptional service. Randa and Wes are not only highly knowledgeable in the real estate market, but they are incredibly personable. Realtors Randa Haug and Wes Hendrickson, acting as a buyer’s agent, went above and beyond in helping me in my search for a lake home over the course of more than a year. We had an excellent experience selling our home with the Chad Schwendeman group. Our listing agent, Chris Hanson, managed to make the entire sale process go smoothly. Chris was kind and understanding to our needs. He was readily available and was able provide anticipatory guidance throughout the sale.

Justin did an excellent job helping us navigate the intricacies of buying our first home in this competitive market! He worked hard to find us a place we would love, meeting us after work when we were available and lining up showings without delay. Justin was in our corner throughout the entire process. If he didn’t know an answer to a question right away, he would take the extra time and effort to find the information we needed. We loved working with Justin and we would recommend him to anyone in the area! We found the perf... read more
