We started looking for a retirement house in northern Minnesota, when we had gone in on Zillow and found Randa Haug. Her and Wes where wonderful realtors. They are very knowledgeable about the area we where looking at. Her response time to all of our questions was exceptional. Rod worked with us for a number of months helping us find the cabin we were looking for... in the right location, on the right lake, and for the right price! He always made himself available for showings and answered our questions immediately. He was not pushy, but gave us all the facts and information we needed to make informed decisions. My husband and I both agreed the entire process was very delightful!
Our experience was very good. They did all the work for us so we didn't have to. The staff was very knowledgeable. The septic on the property we were selling didn't pass inspection and the realtor stepped up immediately and took care of everything including getting bids and setting up the new septic. Our closing was quick and easy.
Savannah was really fast to respond and very attentive. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a realtor. She gave great advice and took such good care of us.
Amanda was extremely helpful in finding people to work on our cabin during the sale process when things were found during the buyer's inspection. She helped us sell the cabin in a timely manner. How timely? Immediately!!! She was shopping it around while the basement bathroom was finishing to be remodeled. It was a great experience with her and how on top of things she was. You will be completely satisfied.
Sue did a great job working on our behalf! She was quick to respond and literally went out on one of the coldest days of the year (walking through deep snow) in order to show us a property on a weekend. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for what we were looking for sets her apart from others in the industry! I'd highly recommend Sue!!!
He was super easy to work with and a great guy. Kept us updated on everything that was going on and kept searching out property's til we found the right house for our family. As a first time home buyer I thought the process was gonna be more stressful but he kept it simple and easy to manage.
