Amanda was my agent. She returns calls quickly, gives realistic appraisals, and knows the area well. I have also dealt with Chad. His agency is very well known in the area and I think this is one of the reasons he and his agents sell homes so quickly. However, Chad and his agents most important quality is that they are trustworthy. I have sold two houses and bought one through his agency and they are currently helping me find another home. We placed our house on the market with Adam/Chad at 2 PM. By 7 PM we had our first showing, and a full price offer by 8 PM. All in the same day. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and come on...we sold our house in 6 hours. I give a lot of credit to the photographer. She did an amazing job, and our house looked like a million bucks online. THANK YOU!!!

Jeff from the Chad Schwendeman was more than instrumental in selling my property. Within hours of being listed we had a showing and offer that he negotiated to 1000.00 more than I originally wanted. There reputation in this area for moving properties is so positive. Don't hire a local agent especially if your in a rural area or smaller town. Do It the EXIT way as they will market overtime to get your place sold
