We connected with Jackie a few years ago when looking for an up north lake property. We didn't find the right property until summer 2021, but over the years, Jackie kept us informed about available properties on our desired lake. When the right property did come on the market, we were ready to move quickly and her help along the way was extremely valuable. Even after the sale, Jackie has been a great resource in connecting us to local businesses to help us update our property. We highly recommend Jackie!
I cannot find the words to adequately express how grateful I am to Amanda and the Exit Team. From the first day I met her she not only carried herself with professionalism, but was a kind and caring individual, whom I trusted immediately. Amanda took her time walking thru my house, giving me practical suggestions to assist me in selling my home. She recommended referrals to area businesses, who did excellent work on the areas that needed tweaking. My house sold quickly and the process was smooth with no surprises. Amanda was... read more
Rod was excellent!! He made the process very easy going! He was able to schedule us showings very promptly and he was very knowledgeable about the properties! I would highly recommend him!
After meeting with several realty groups we decided to have Amanda list our lake home on Little Lake Hubert. She had it listed and after 1 open house we had a full offer buyer. The entire process with her at the helm was seamless. Her expertise was invaluable. So glad we went with her and the Schwendeman realty group.
Rod was a fantastic buyers agent to work with. He always returned calls and texts promptly and has a deep knowledge of the area. He found us our new perfect home! I highly recommend using Rod to buy a home here in the Brainerd Lakes area!
The Best. Rod is by far the most responsive, caring, and genuine professional we have ever worked with, in any industry, much less real estate. He was supportive and engaged from the very first conversation, and truly went way above and beyond in helping us move into our dream home. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Rod.
Savannah was wonderful in every way. I had so many questions and had no idea what to expect when buying our home and she not only answered all our questions at every hour of the day but she made the entire process so smooth and easy. Savannah turned from a realitor to a friend just because of how knowledgeable, carring, and easy going she is. I couldn't be happier and I recommend her to EVERYONE I know looking to buy a home! She will change your life!!!
Jayson was the perfect Agent to help answer our questions. He is a great listener and really wanted to understand our situation before offering his guidance. He helped us every step of the way!
We could not have found a better Realtor for finding a builder and location to build our new house. Randa was very helpful with transacting our paperwork from our out of state location. We would highly recommend their realtor company and will use them in the future. Thank you Randa and Wes
