Horrible everything Bunch of liars. Management completely unprofessional. Nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manner. Don't live here. Not worth the headache.
Compromised quality of life after switched owners Being across from Gage Park is wonderful, and the Chalet community has a lot of older, long-time residents. But after the Chalet changed owners 3 years ago the quality of life has gone downhill. The new owners haven't equipped the on-site staff with the funds, personnel, experience and training to keep up with work orders.
