Surprisingly above and beyond in guest services from the time we sat down, cruising the salad bar (do u know they offer fresh crack pepper at the salad bar???)clean plate, continue flow of drinks, amazing meats (lamb chop and the plantain in particular), courteous meat servers, and table touches by the manager. I have to stress that this is so far the best service we ever received at a Brazilian Steakhouse (and we have been to a few in TX and FL). Excellent service and food. However we were seated 40 minutes past our reservation time. The salad bar was so crowded, we felt really rushed trying to get our plates filled without being pushed along. Also, it's very hectic with the waiters, meat servers and bus people moving so quickly. We had family dinner and everything was good .. Service and Food are always consistent and you don’t get surprise .. our favorite Brazilian Steak house .. will be going back ..

From start to finish, we felt welcomed by a very friendly and attentive staff. Not overbearing, just right. The salad bar has unique choices and are always tasty. Meat choices were seasoned well and served fresh off the grill.
We’ve been to Chama Gaucha many times and it has always been great. Last night was really special. The service was exceptional, the food was perfect, the music was soft and enjoyable. A perfect evening.
