I always enjoy coming for the buffet, but my main addiction is the savory Lamb Chops. Oh my goodness they come to the table straight off the grill all juicy and full of so much flavor. I talked with on of the gentleman on one of my many visits to get an idea of how they make them so good. I had no idea they are marinated all the way from New Zealand and shipped to San Antonio. Wonderful meal and some of the best service around , will be going back for sure
The first waitress assigned to us seemed overwhelmed . We had to asked for plantain 3 times , no updates in between . The guys took over was after and very attentive
Great experience as usual , this time even for the kids , they assisted with cutting the meat for them so the adults would enjoy the meal the most comfortable way possible . Definitely above and beyond expectations , my to go place for family and to treat my staff during the holidays. Picanha and ribs are the best in SA.

The service and food were excellent! This continues to be our favorite Brazilian Steakhouse in San Antonio. We visit others but always regret not gong to Chama Gaucha.
