Great place to eat and get together with friends. A little too noisy though.
Mother's Day lunch was fantastic!! The wait staff were surperb, the salad bar was fresh at all times. The Vacaro's were slow to get the meat to our table and at times I had to hold up the meat attention tab to get meat. Fortunately our waiter would tell the Vacaro's to come to our table and give us meat. Overall, everything was excellent and I highly recommend Chama Gaucha for any special occasion.
Great, plentiful food. Seasoned beautifully & cooked tender. The wait staff was knowledgeable & amiable. The lighting is very dim but upon making that concern known the manager did his best to address & correct the issue.

We went for Mother's Day and the restaurant was very full. However, the service was outstanding with our server being very attentive to our needs and the rodizio coming non-stop. The salad bar also had a line but it moved quickly with its large selection of (mostly) vegetarian options. The highlight was the costela (beef ribs) which were melt-in-the-mouth perfect. And my wife especially enjoyed the Fireball cheesecake to finish up the meal. All-in-all a great experience at a highly recommended restaurant.
The receptionist was doing a poor job managing the groups waiting to be seated and I've never had this problem before as a frequent customer and made reservations as well. Had to wait 40 mins to be seated after inquiring two times during our waiting time. The manager took note and immediately found us a table for our large party and provided additional desserts when we left on the house. He saved the evening.
Only had a taste of 6 meats. Would've been better if I was able to taste them all
Yum! A beautiful restaurant with a fleet of attentive waiters and meat servers who take care of every need without being intrusive. They were very good about asking which cut of meat you'd like next. Our favorite meats were the prime rib, pork ribs, and lamb chops. The salad bar is wonderful with lots of choices; walk around it first to see all the selections so you don't load up on ordinary lettuce and then realize there are other delicious options such as Chinese broccoli, wedge salad, apple salad, and a charcuterie select... read more
Amazing food. Picanha and ribeye are the BEST. The salad bar is out of this world. Waiters and staff are amazing and go above and beyond to please you. Not too loud, good place to talk over dinner and drinks. I always leave here feeling stuffed and with absolutely no regrets about it.
