First time there, we had a wonderful time and the food and salad bar were excellent. Great staff.

We LOVE Chaumo Gaucho and have been here about 3x in the last six months. We always RAVE about the quality SERVICE, nothing like it anywhere else. Food is just our FAVORITE...this trip we brought our brother in from out of town, his mind was also blown :) The only feedback I have for this trip, is that the bathroom was actually dirty. It was pretty surprising, given the outstanding quality everywhere else. Toilets were dirty on the outside and trash was noticeable, floors and sinks also were dirty. The food is great. Most of the meat is medium rare to medium so keep that in mind. The salad bar has plenty of options with several cheeses, cold cut meats, assorted veggies and various salads. The service is outstanding.
Had a great time during our visit. It was our first time there and we will be back. Such a unique dining experience to celebrate my father’s 51st birthday.

This gem never disappoints. Food and service are impeccable. Best Brazilian steakhouse. Far surpasses Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil.
