Our favorite occasion restaurant. Always a superb meal & experience. We are meatlovers but the extensive salad bar has options for those who don't eat meat.
This was my first visit to Chama Gaucha and I wasn't disappointed. I made a reservation to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and it met all of my high expectations. We arrived early and our table was ready. The wait staff anticipated our every need and the food was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely be going back.
Chama Gaucha is absolutely the best restaurant I have ever been. The location in San Antonio has always been on point. The variety of food is amazing and their lemonade is the best! The staff treats you almost like you're the only customer. Your drinks are never empty and neither is your plate...unless you want it to be.
Best Brazilian steakhouse in San Antonio. The meat it soooo well cooked and seasoned. None of the other places meat taste as good. The meat isn’t dry but super moist with lots of flavor. Best salad bar I’ve ever been too.

Very professional staff and high end atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a romantic date night or wanting to have an impressive business meeting over good drinks, dinner, and deserts.
From the time you walk into the restaurant , until you leave, the service is excellent. The salad bar is amazing, but don't fill up on that. The variety of delicious meat is so wonderful you will want to eat as much as you can. Cant wait to go back to San Antonio to go back to Chama Gaucha!!! Loved it~~
I liked most everything about Chama but I didn't think it was worth the high prices.
