We have been to Chama Gaucha many times and have always loved it. This time, we only got 3 types of meat offered and not very often. We didn’t even see any other kinds of meat around the restaurant. I don’t know if they have changed, but it was not as good as before. The service, though, was still excellent.
A wonderful salad bar to start your meal with, with endless protein delivered to your table. Though quite noisy the food was delicious
We always bring our family/friends to Chama's to eat- we go about 6-8 times a year. The service is 5 star amazing-they are ALL so attentive and polite. The management is the best we have ever seen-they have their employees working like a clock-perfect syncronization-like a well-tuned orchestra! Nothing and nowhere else can you find better food-so well worth the price! And the drinks were delicious! Thank you Chama's for yet another out of this world experience!

It was my son’s birthday and he picked Chama Gaucha. They had fast, attentive service. We got the cuts/types of meat we wanted. Everything was delicious. The meat is a tad bit salty, but then we’re used to not having any extra salt on our food. Since we were celebrating our son’s birthday (he turned 12), our waiter gave us a complementary dessert so we could sing “happy birthday” and he could blow out a candle. We were surprised he found room to eat the cake!

It was very lovely. The service was amazing, there was never a time where my glass or plate was empty. They were very polite and the ambience was nice and somewhat dark.
This wasn't my first time dining and it is always a joy coming back! Our waitor, Matthew, was amazing and very friendly! Although, I will say that it was kind of annoying that other waitors, particularly one, kept buzzing around us waiting for us to leave. When one of my guests asked him if we were talking too long he simply ignored us and walked away. Leaving Matthew to us.
