We were delayed by traffic, and arrived almost 25 minutes late. One of our party made it on time, and the staff was very gracious and accommodating. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so it was not crowded, and that helped. The salad bar is quite good, and tempting to fill up on that, but save your appetite for the amazing proteins! The food is amazing if on the expensive side. Definitely keto friendly as it is practically all you can eat meat. Drinks are delicious. It's almost always packed so either make a reservation or be prepared to wait. It's worth the wait though.
Best Restaurant Ever!!! Hostesses, servers and waiters / waitresses were awesome.
When I got there they said they had no record of my reservation and still got me seated right away. Service is impeccable; waiters push your chair in and out for you and rest your napkin on your lap for you, if you request a certain meat it’ll get to you quickly, somebody is always there to help. 10/10
Amazing place to spend a special occasion!
I found this gem while looking for a good steak place in the San Antonio area. Very unique, with a traditional Brazilian atmosphere, right down to the staff speaking Portuguese. Meats were the best, so don't fill up on salad, try all the meats and don't be bashful about asking for more. Make reservations, but monitor the seating staff, my only negative here, they don't understand what a reservation means.
Excellent service, very good meats - salad bar was also terrific. The noise level was a little high, but it was a very relaxed atmosphere with people wearing jeans all the way to suits.
It was an awesome 5 star experience. Chama Gaucha is my only answer to ‘What/where should we eat?’
