Awesome experience for Birthday!
I have been a regular at Chama for some years now and the results are always spectacular. The salad bar is best in class, and the table service is impeccable. Make a request for a selection off meat and it's there at the table within a few seconds. The wine selection is filled with value and high end bottles from around the world. We have eaten at Chama Gaucha several times, we had our Daughters Wedding Reception there also. And as always the Service was Great, the Food Unbelievable, and the Cost was Excellent for the Total Experience. Always a Great Restaurant to dine at. But again the Servers are Unbelievable, they are constantly asking if more Food is wanted and are as Professional as there can be. Jonathan and Rodoligo were the best server for me among the Chama Gaucho Brazilian Steak House.
The employees of this restaurant are the absolute best .. you never have to request anything twice. They are attentive and extremely professional
A wonderful girl’s night out with friends and introducing them to one of the best restaurants in San Antonio in the perfect setting! The food was spectacular and the drinks were awesome. The salad bar is superb. Make sure you get dessert! The staff was very attentive. This is the place to go whether you’re a local or visiting. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
The lighting was too low for me and the noise levels are crazy. But the service, cleanliness, and food are great. The salad bar isn't much different than a cheaper salad place. But you are not there for the salad. I order water and then eat as much meat as I can. It's great for people on low carb diets. The only negative on the meat was the pork ribs.
