Went for a department Christmas lunch - staff was attentive, salad bar was awesome, and steaks kept coming. Would recommend for a business lunch or get together with friends.
The staff were very professional. The service was exceptional and the food tasted great! I would choose Chama Gaucha over Texas de Brazil any day.

Made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday, and even though we showed up about an hour early and the waiting area was full, we were seated immediately. Service was incredible and food was unbelievable. Salad bar had great options, and the meats melted in your mouth. We got a flamed cocktail that was really interesting to watch prepared and tasted like liquid desert. Overall, dinner for two and our drinks came out to about $120 before tip. I would recommend this place to anyone, and cannot wait to come back!
We have never had bad service here. The food is excellent and everyone who comes to the table seems to "bend over backward" to make your dining experience an exceptional one. It can get a little noisy, but that's just a sign that the people are having a good time! Well worth the money!

We had a reservation at 7, we didn't get seated until 7:40. Because of the huge crowd in the restaurant, the care and attention that is usual, was not that way this time. We had to repeatedly ask for things that we needed. Just disappointing since we went there because it wss my daughter's birthday and she loves chama.
Amazing, as always. Seemed to be a lot of holiday celebrations taking place, that's always fun to see people's smiling faces!
