Hello Champion, The email I received from you on March 28th stating that my door has been completed and is at the local warehouse ended up being manufactured with the incorrect size. This is after the salesman and installation manager came out and measured the front door. Terrible project management. Terrible communication. Lack of knowledge. Project has taken more than double the initial timeline, and final inspection is still not complete. I have had to GC much of this project myself and communicate daily or weekly with the city permit office, contractors, and champion management to push this project along.
