We replaced a large bathtub window with one that needed to be frosted, unable to see in. The sales person was told this. She showed us two samples of what were supposedly frosted glass. In fact, the one we selected was only opaque, allowing the neighbors next door to watch us bathe. This was pointed out to the Division Manager who at first told us that we got what we ordered. I believe the public, minus my family and friends, should have an opportunity to try Champion without having to read what would mostly be a negative review, due to the sales price issue, as I believe they are a company capable of doing the right things to completely satisfy customers. It is also good for the competitors.

There seemed to be a clear difference before the installation and after. The presentation was good. The salesman was prompt. Once the windows were installed, there was absolutely no follow up from the company to see how the installation went. When I called with some issues needing to be addressed, there was a half-hearted attempt addressing them. I have not heard from them since. The problem has not resolved.
