Just recently decided to use Champion for *********** addition and the sales ************************** was very helpful and polite. Geoff answered all our questions and made the decision to go with Champion an easy one.

The rep who came out was knowledgeable and listened to and answered our questions. He didnt pressure us to buy anything, but explained the cost savings to our purchase.
We got the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We got quotes from many window companies but Champion's quality and price were our best bang for our buck!
We had a great experience with our salesman. Since we had Champion Windows installed on our previous home, it was not a hard decision to make Champion Windows our replacement windows for our current home. The salesman was not a high pressure salesman and even came back when we decided to also purchase a new door. Today is February 1, 2022, and the installers came to install some of our new windows but lo and behold, they were not measured correctly so after waiting 7 months for our new windows and door, I guess we will have to wait another 7 months.

The sales rep who came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. The demonstration was good as well. We performed the heat transfer test on my old windows as well as some newer non Champion windows that I had installed recently. This was a real life test to illustrate the concepts being discussed. The window measurement person came a few days later to custom measure all the windows I am having replaced. Now I am waiting for them to be manufactured and installed.
