***** was very courteous and extremely professional from the beginning. His presentation was very thorough and actually answered all of my questions within his presentation. The windows are not installed yet, but if the installers are half of what ***** is, I will be happy. I feel i made a very good choice by going with Champion Windows. ***** solidified this confidence in me.

The rep who came out was knowledgeable and listened to and answered our questions. He didnt pressure us to buy anything, but explained the cost savings to our purchase.
We got the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We got quotes from many window companies but Champion's quality and price were our best bang for our buck!
We had a great experience with our salesman. Since we had Champion Windows installed on our previous home, it was not a hard decision to make Champion Windows our replacement windows for our current home. The salesman was not a high pressure salesman and even came back when we decided to also purchase a new door. We would also like to add that the 2 men that came to measure for our new windows and door were very professional and friendly. Today is February 1, 2022, and the installers came to install some of our new windows but lo and behold, they were not measured correctly so after waiting 7 months for our new windows and door, I guess we will have to wait another 7 months.
Offer great warranty. *************************** was a knowledgeable salesman. Good demo
