The sales rep who came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. The demonstration was good as well. We performed the heat transfer test on my old windows as well as some newer non Champion windows that I had installed recently. This was a real life test to illustrate the concepts being discussed. The window measurement person came a few days later to custom measure all the windows I am having replaced. Now I am waiting for them to be manufactured and installed.

The salesman was knowledgeable and worked with us to get the best products and pricing available. Have not had windows and storm doors yet installed, but up to this point I'm very satisfied with Champion.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and went into a more detailed demonstration of their windows than I was expecting. Since I have never purchased replacement windows before, I was a little surprised at the pricing but moved forward with the purchase due to the reputation that I have heard about from Champion Windows.
