The salesman was very knowledgeable and went into a more detailed demonstration of their windows than I was expecting. Since I have never purchased replacement windows before, I was a little surprised at the pricing but moved forward with the purchase due to the reputation that I have heard about from Champion Windows. I was appreciative that the salesman tried to work with us to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase and showed us options on how we could divide our order up and not do all windows at one time.
