The frame was installed perfectly The doors and windows look like 💩 I'm waiting for the replacement When I don't know. I was told that to have the warranty the job have to be paid in full. So do i have to show the pictures of all doors and windows on Facebook how you take care of your costumer. I'm holding on till I get a response from you ( hopefully very soon) Gerard M Ferrari

Champion windows came highly recommended by our neighbors. The windows and patio door have now been installed and are definitely NOT what we had expected. I have already shared an email with your CI-Team on Wednesday 6/11/25 (two days after installation) with a list of things that are not satisfactory, and have not heard back. They DID communicate regarding the fact that a repair order had gone in regarding a window (master bedroom) that arrived here with a broken pane, and the lock cylinder in the sliding door is faulty.
