way too long from initial order to completion. granted, 2 windows had to be remeasured and ordered, but still too long in my opinion.
Every step of the way, the communication was clear. The installation team was amazing. The windows are gorgeous.
The windows are wonderful. Everyone was professional and knew the work that needed to be done. Any issues were addressed immediately. My only comment is the screens were sloppily made (2 had wrinkles, not trimmed well) and one of my bathroom windows cracked right after being installed. I brought it to the installers attention and they submitted it to be replaced (wish I would have communication as to how it was being addressed and when)
Window quality is beyond expectation!
