Everything about this project was spot on. Scheduling the sales visit online, salesman was great, windows came sooner than expected, install was great, they look fantastic.
some friends got similar new windows from another company, and our installation is much higher quality - the caulking, flashing, patching, etc. are really nice and we hardly had to do anything except repaint the sills that had paint crack/chip off.. We had some trouble with payments being connected to the correct order; we got new windows on two attached houses and this created some confusion as two separate orders. It took a while to address the issue at a few different levels and offices, but the resolution was very clear ... read more
I ordered, 3 of them had to be re-:ordered. They arrived quickly they were installed very well. I was very satisfied.

The windows are beautiful. The installation is wonderful. The crew were respectful and worked quickly without sacrificing quality
From the project start, during, the end and after, the salesperson, Aaron Apodaca, Mike Herrera, the supervisor, Bill? (sorry, forgot his name) the installer and Ashley for screens were professional, amiable and answered questions completely. We appreciated knowing upfront what things we as homeowners were to take care of before installation (e.g. remove screens, repair concrete).
