The wait for the windows to be installed was too long. July 17, 2025 to January 3, 2025. Factory had trouble with picture window being made. The service dept staff were nice but they needed more workers. Very hard to get responses.
I already wrote a review earlier. The basic bottomline(s) are: 1. Failure to communicate internally within and between the local and corporate company. Sometimes orders had arrived and local guys did not know it, or could not find it. Very difficult initially to connect with corporate to file a complaint. Did you get my email or not??? Totally terrible experience
Poor overall experience.
There were three separate times that my scheduled meeting times or appointment times were no call, no shows. Only until I reached out to them, did they acknowledge that they weren't going to make the appointment or were're going to be extremely late.
