Measurements taken in September, called us to redo the Measurements in October. Got the windows and doors in April. Every window and door didn't fit. So everything had to be reordered. The " expedited " windows and doors got installed properly in July. No one should have to wait 10 months for new windows. This was the worst home improvement project I have ever dealt with.
My experience with Champion Windows, Inc. was disappointing and very fragmented.

I am totally satisfied with the product and the work. I wouldn't recommend Champion so much anymore because I referred my friend Alki Selinger. She still doesn't have her windows and doors and ordered at the same time like me. Not good. I also referred my neigbour Pam. she seems to be happy. My sales person promised a perk for referrals, it didn't happen. I think walking the talk is very important for evvective and good business.
Champion needs to get way better at promising and delivering windows and doors on time of promise
