Materials for the sunroom are of excellent quality but we are not impressed with the french door quality. There seems to be a disconnect between customer expectations in terms of scheduling, re-scheduling, repair work, etc. and Champion's work flow process. We felt that if we had some idea of what constitutes the workflow at a fairly high level we wouldn't have been bothering the same person over and over for information. Much of our frustration with the process could have been caused by the Covid-19 guidelines.
Everything from the beginning to the finished product was nothing but excellent.
It took forever. I was never informed about what was going to happen or when it was going to happen. I am satisfied with the final product but it took 6 months to do it.
