Never had any problems with process from beginning to end.
Champion Windows of Albuquerque were great. They were very efficient, very respectful and nice. They put mats down and cleaned everything up. They provided really good service overall.
The windows are the best. A little more than other companies but well worth it!
The whole job should have been done in October or November but it wasn't finished until mid January. The work was good but there was no communication regarding the delays and that made things difficult.
I had a great experience working with all the different departments at Champion Windows Everyone was extremely helpfulness and professional Even when a few problems occurred they were quickly resolved in a timely manner.
Our salesperson Isaiah gave a thorough presentation, and Brendon came to measure our windows in September. Our windows came in the beginning of December. Anthony and Kelvin came to install the windows. They showed up on time and worked all day. They did a great job, cleaned everything up, and the windows are awesome.
The quality control at the plant before the windows come out needs improvement.
