Based on the fact that the product did not meet expectations.
The quality of the windows is great, but I don't like the trim at all. I called and left a message, but no one has called me back. I'm not happy with that either.
I was really impressed with everyone's promptness!! The installers got right to work and were finished in a surprisingly short amount of time, and with everything cleaned up.
This is the third time I've used them. I love love love Champion Windows.
