The quality was very high and the installation was very good. The only problems would be with the follow-up and paperwork.
The workers did an excellent job and I appreciate their workmanship.
I think they should have taken care of me a lot better and not pull a bait-and-switch on me, telling a customer you're going to get one thing and then get something else.
