We ordered our windows with plenty of time to have them installed in the first week of December, long before the weather would hit our area. The sales representative assured us over and over that this would be the case and would not be a problem. He was wrong. The installation crew was courteous, friendly and worked hard all day with only one tiny break. The process was what they said it would be, a 2-day job.
The installation crew was very good. They were knowledgeable and did a really good job. They didn't waste any time. They got right to the job and got the product installed in a nice, neat and clean manner.
