We had a few issues with delivery that delayed things slightly. They rectified the issues in a professional manner and they were very comprehensive in explaining everything to us.
We thought we had quality windows to begin with , but we found out there is no comparison to Champion Windows we had installed and have now experienced summer heat and winter cold outside and have noticed the Huge difference! The Installation crew was excellent customer service, clean, quality workmanship!
The crew was very professional, we really liked the product. The temperature is much better in our house and because we live in a really windy area, we used to get a lot of dirt on the windows but with these new windows we hardly even get any on the window sill.
They were on time in the morning and had all the equipment and materials they needed. They came in and let us know what they were going to be doing, they removed the windows, installed all the windows, then cleaned up after themselves and everything. I was impressed by their professionalism.
Mr. Daniel Flores provided an excellent demonstration about Champion windows. I was really impressed by his presentation and knowledge. Chris, Davie and (I can't remeber the other installers name), the installers were on time, friendly and dedicated towards doing a great job. Everyone involved (Pam, Chris & Mike) were professionals and responded quickly to my inquiries; they all did a great job. I am very satistied with the work and my new enegergy efficient windows.
The window we purchased to replace an older kitchen window was ordered and came in ahead of time of what the scheduled date was, which was very good. The installers were very professional, left a clean worksite, and met all of our expectations on the installation of the new window with Low E glass. It is a very good product.
I am a retired engineer, and they did an excellent job. I would have to say that I would recommend Champion Windows of Albuquerque highly to anyone.
I was extremely impressed with the quality, workmanship, price and installation of these windows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked my opinion. This was really my first time doing anything like this and it was a very positive experience all the way through.
