I just had some windows done, and the work they did in some areas are not up to par. There were less caulking used in some areas. I am waiting on Champion to come back out to re-patch those windows. Because of how busy they are, I have been waiting for over a month.
I think their customer service could be better. Once the work was done no one called or said anything.
The installers were a father and two sons. They were very good at what they did. They answered questions and fixed things. They worked well together. They did a great job.
