Definitely a five star. From the beginning to the end, I learned alot! The sales person was very honest about time to install, the installers called, the team came over and put everything up in record time, cleaned up, and I absolutely love the windows.
We have been very good customers of Champion and love their product. However, it does depend on your project manager in charge of your project, regarding how well it goes.
