My wife was very happy. They did a really good job.
The reasons for my 5-star rating are as follows and they are followed by why I did not score at 5. The salesperson spent a lot of time with us to go through all the details and our concerns. He was not rushing and that was a big deal for us. He also showed us many specific examples of previous customers' sunrooms. He gave us ideas and he was helpful in making the decision. Definitely a five star. From the beginning to the end, I learned alot! The sales person was very honest about time to install, the installers called, the team came over and put everything up in record time, cleaned up, and I absolutely love the windows.
We have been very good customers of Champion and love their product. However, it does depend on your project manager in charge of your project, regarding how well it goes.
