They were very professional and they beat their deadline by a month.
They are a good company. They will come out in a speedy manner and they will get the job done.
I would give a 5 rating if the scheduling and installation estimate would have been easier. Jim Simonini our sales agent was fantastic. He helped us before and we called to get his quote when we needed additional windows. However, everything is going thru a central number in Ohio and it took way to long for responses on schedule. We live 1 mile from the Champion office in Atlanta and were forced to work thru some 800 number until it was escalated. The customer service needs to return to the local branches.
