Price was misquoted. I do not think it was a bait and switch issue but was a perfect example of that. After I placed my order but prior to installation I called Emily twice and your offices three,times to get a price on another window in a different location I our home. NOBODY has responded to my request.
Everything was just excellent. They made it so easy and we are grateful for that.
